Welcome to pk959 (the "Platform"), operated at pk959.cam. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and pk959 (the "Operator", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of all services, content and features available through the Platform.

pk959 is an English-language online gaming information platform targeting users in Pakistan and other regions. The Platform provides information relating to sports betting, live casino gaming, bonus offers and responsible gambling. By accessing, browsing or registering on pk959, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an account on pk959, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being), not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity.

• You must not be a Prohibited User as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.

• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person, syndicate or professional gambling organisation in a manner that constitutes abuse of the Platform.

Registration on pk959 requires you to submit accurate, complete and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times.

One Account Per User: You may register and maintain only one account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and permanent ban from the Platform.

KYC Requirements: Before processing any withdrawal request, pk959 reserves the right to require identity verification documents. Acceptable documents typically include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or a current passport. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal suspension and, in cases of suspected fraud, account closure.

You accept that pk959 may share KYC data with third-party identity verification providers for the purpose of completing this process, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

You agree to use the pk959 Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment and information purposes. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanical means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer or otherwise undermine the integrity of the Platform or any game or odds system.
• Colluding with other users or engaging in any coordinated strategy designed to unfairly exploit promotional offers or game mechanics.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any activity in violation of anti-money laundering (AML) obligations applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions, where those restrictions apply.
• Engaging in harassment, threats or abusive behaviour towards Platform staff or other users.

pk959 reserves the right to monitor user activity and take action — including account suspension — where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refused and refunded where possible.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC), active wagering requirement completion and any applicable processing timelines. pk959 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Currency: Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) figures are displayed on the Platform, these are illustrative examples. Actual supported currencies are confirmed within the Platform cashier.
• Payment Context References: Payment brands referenced on pk959 — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned as contextual references familiar to Pakistani users only. These references do not constitute endorsement, affiliation or confirmation that these providers support gambling transactions on this Platform.
• Cryptocurrency Deposits: Where cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT) are available, they are subject to network confirmation requirements and are converted at prevailing rates at time of credit. Cryptocurrency legality in Pakistan is subject to State Bank of Pakistan guidance; users transact in digital assets at their own risk.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback on a valid deposit is a breach of these Terms. pk959 may recover chargeback amounts from account balances and may suspend accounts pending investigation.

pk959 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload offers and loyalty rewards. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered users only. New-player welcome offers are available once per household, per IP address and per payment method.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable. This is an illustrative example — specific wagering multiples are stated in individual offer terms.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Any bonus not wagered within the stated validity window will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• Minimum odds, qualifying game categories and eligible bet types may apply to individual bonus offers and are stated in the respective promotion terms.
• pk959 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies or use of multiple accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus cancellation, balance confiscation and account closure.

pk959 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling behaviour. By registering an account, you acknowledge the following:

• Gambling involves financial risk. You accept that you may lose money wagered and you will not hold pk959 liable for such losses.
• You will not gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose and you will not use gambling as a means of addressing financial difficulties.
• You are solely responsible for monitoring your own gambling behaviour and seeking help if it becomes problematic.
• You will make use of the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform — including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits and self-exclusion — where appropriate for your personal circumstances.
• You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older (or the higher minimum required by the applicable license jurisdiction) and that gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or commercially exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk959 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through wagering on the Platform.
• Losses resulting from interruption, suspension or technical failure of the Platform or any third-party services integrated with it.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform, including illustrative bonus figures and payment method references.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of any information on the Platform.

pk959 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Discovery that the User is a Prohibited User (e.g., underage or in a restricted jurisdiction).
• Use of automated software or exploitation of Platform vulnerabilities.
• Chargeback activity or other payment disputes initiated in bad faith.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding investigations.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your use of the Platform, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue, including your account username, date of the disputed event and a clear description of your concern.

We aim to acknowledge all complaint submissions within a reasonable period and to resolve substantive complaints as efficiently as practicable. Where a complaint involves a complex investigation — such as a disputed wager settlement or a payment processing matter — resolution may take longer, and you will be kept informed of progress.

pk959's decision on any complaint matter, once communicated in writing, shall be considered final and binding unless the User pursues formal dispute resolution through the operator's applicable licensing jurisdiction's regulatory body.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's applicable licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a representation that the Platform is available, lawful or regulated under Pakistani law.

Pakistani users acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Pakistan is complex and evolving. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, provincial gambling acts and related telecommunications and financial regulation may affect the legality of online gaming activity in your specific location. pk959 strongly encourages you to obtain independent legal advice regarding your personal situation before using the Platform.

pk959 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — we will endeavour to notify registered users by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team.
